With the look and feel of injection moulded parts, our single sheet vacuum former  with a 500mm draw processes can form up to 8x4ft sheets.

We work with a variety of plastic sheeting material including ABS, PETG, TPO, HDPE, HMWPE, HIPS, Kydex and FDA approved materials. Our PLC-driven machinery can handle sheets from .040 to 8mm thick.

Choose from our selection of standard colours, and now carbon fibre effect available and your choice of material finishes (light haircell, deep haircell, smooth, matte, high/low gloss, saddle) for your custom thermoforming needs.
