Intended Use
Designed to be used for the manufacture of GRP tools/moulds.

Characteristics
Suitable for application by brush or roller to give an even film, free from air.  Our tooling gelcoat yields a film that is hard and tough with good flexibility.

Application
Formulated to cure at temperatures > 16°C and needs only the addition of catalyst prior to use.  Medium activity methylethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) is the recommended catalyst at an addition level of 2% by weight to ensure sufficient cure at room temperature.  For best results it should be applied in one layer of 375-500 pms (microns)/0.375-0.5mm or 460-610g per square metre.
